While her role at CORE is constantly evolving, Sarah will do just about anything - including building relationships, designing internal office systems, and assisting with strategy implementation.

One of her biggest passions in life is serving others – something she gets to put to use every day in her role at CORE. “Servicing the client properly means that we have to get the details. Having an organized procedure for maintaining client contact is integral,” she shares.

No matter what her day entails, she’s dedicated to personally connecting with clients to ensure that they have a memorable experience, which is at the heart of working with CORE.

Her favorite things about working at CORE are the great culture and that it provides her with plenty of opportunities for growth, whether that be as a person, in relationships, or within the industry.

While growing up, she moved frequently but had a strong work ethic instilled by her parents that followed her everywhere she went.

This carried through to 13 years of teaching English at a Christian bilingual school in Central America, and now, every day at CORE.

“I wouldn’t change anything about all the seasons in life that I’ve experienced,” she says. “You have to continually find yourself and stay true to yourself in every environment.”

She’s driven by staying true to herself and believes that confidence leads the way.

In her free time, she loves trying new things, whether that be new recipes, destinations or family activities.

She and her husband Gus have two kids, Madison and Owen, and have been married since 2009.
