Kenneth Moore has an insatiable thirst for knowledge. An up-and-comer in the world of finance, he first joined CORE while attending Florida Southern College. 

Since graduating, he’s become an invaluable member of the team, researching mutual funds, analyzing the market, bookkeeping and more—all while earning his Master’s degree. In line with his passion for learning, studying, and bettering himself, he is currently studying for the Series 65 exam. He has also completed all requirements to sit for the CPA exam which he plans to begin after the Series 65. 

“They say sometimes I try too hard because I want to learn as much as I can every single day I come into the office,” he says. “There’s always an opportunity to learn something new, gain more expertise and gain more knowledge, which helps me help the clients and the team I work on as a whole.” 

Moore is just as driven in his personal life as he is at the office. The Maine native rarely has down time, bouncing between friends and family, hanging out at the beach, watching sports, hiking and traveling—and that’s just the way he likes it. 

It should come as no surprise that he is a classic car aficionado. The faster the better. 

With the proper financial plan in place, he hopes to one day own a 1969 Dodge Charger, Barracuda and Camaro. 

“The muscle era lights me up,” he says with a laugh. “I don’t know if I’ll get all three, but that’s the goal.” 

Moore is thankful that he can look to his mentors at CORE for advice when it comes to turning his dreams into reality. 

“Everyone is here to help each other grow,” he says. “At the end of the day, everyone is getting better than the day before, which helps make the company better and it helps serve our clients better.”
